- This role encompasses strategic oversight of third-party aggregator relationships (Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc), individual to-go initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams to align menu offerings and marketing strategies.
- Aggregator Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key third-party aggregators such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others.
- KPI Development and Analytics: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry, with a focus on to-go strategies, third-party partnerships, and/or operations management.
