- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer and Product Marketing, the Director, Product Marketing owns the release and product launch process for all products at NinjaOne. You will launch products into market and drive growth by crafting messaging, building integrated campaigns, and injecting product, market, and competitive intelligence into all aspects of sales, marketing, and product development.
- Product Launch & Release Management - Architect a streamlined release marketing process, develop a release marketing strategy, lead strategic planning and execution of product launches in a way that maximizes market impact and adoption, and analyze launch performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- GTM Strategy - Own the GTM strategy for new product lines, including ideal customer profiles, personas, buyer journey, messaging & positioning, use cases, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy.
- GTM Enablement – In partnership with sales enablement, drive the creation of GTM enablement materials and training to support product and feature launches.
- Integrated GTM Activities – Partner with product management, revenue marketing, and sales to support integrated marketing plans that drive product adoption and new revenue growth.
