- They will bring extensive knowledge of global compensation plan design and administration – base salary, annual incentive, and equity, including deep benchmarking expertise, as well as understanding of monetary rewards and non-monetary recognition as methods to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Inspire change management, process improvement, communications and engagement initiatives to ensure our colleagues and leaders understand our compensation, mobility and recognition programs
- Work closely with Finance, Recruiting, Benefits, and HRBP’s to drive Total Rewards strategy
