- The Director IT - SAP Solution will serve as the leader of the SAP Technical Support and Development Team and have oversight responsibility across all change management and 24/7 technical support of the recently implemented SAP S/4 HANA cloud solution - focused on Fiori App User interface and supporting modules.
- We are seeking a skilled SAP Support Manager with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) to lead our SAP technical support and development team comprised of inhouse, on-shore members; complemented with a managed services team consisting of Near/Off-shore members.
- Develop and implement ITSM best practices, processes, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP support services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive SAP support strategy that aligns with Lantheus IT change control in a validated GxP / SOX environment includes incident management, problem management, and service improvement plans.
- Coordinate between solution architect, ABAP/Fiori developers, and functional IT business support members to implement system changes, updates, and enhancements.
