- This role will support the long-term strategy for the Global CSR Operations group, responsible for delivering on commitments for CSR, with responsibilities for organizational strategy, process optimization, communications & change management, training & development, organizational tools and information integrity.
- The CSR Operations group is responsible for ensuring CSR operates in alignment with its business objectives, policies, and procedures across all regions (AP, CEMEA, Europe, LAC, and NA).
- In addition to a strong expertise in SQL, Tableau / PowerBI, this also requires an advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Manage process improvement and automation efforts leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps (e.g., PowerAutomate) and other tools available, including Artificial Intelligence resources (e.g., Copilot).
- Lead key CSR control monitoring activities end-to-end, including their planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement (e.g., periodic validation of the compliance with CSR's annual credit review requirements).
