- Report financial performance, compared to the Company's Well-being and Benefit Programs to the CAO and CFO.
- Oversee the team, and external, subject matter experts (SME)s to ensure the 401(k) plan and Committee comply with all regulatory, compliance and fiduciary responsibilities under ERISA, IRS and other applicable regulations.
- Responsible for oversight of benefit processes for mergers, acquisitions, JVs, partnerships and divestiture processes, including synergy/dis-synergy modeling, designing the benefit plan integration strategy, coordination and establishing integration timelines, and monitoring the successful integration of targets on platform benefits.
- 8 or more years of Finance, Accounting, ERISA Health or Retirement Plan Administration
