- This individual will oversee campaign development, paid media planning and activation, full-funnel strategy, audience and persona alignment, and digital channel analysis and reporting.
- Develops (in partnership with the VP of Marketing) and implements the digital marketing strategic plan designed to drive brand awareness, member engagement & retention, product penetration, and new member acquisition.
- Oversees the content for the credit union's various digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, website, emails, social media pages, press releases, etc., and ensures the content aligns with brand voice, mission, promotions, campaigns, or other content objectives.
- Responsible for overseeing digital signage programming and update content as necessary.
- Develop and deploy press releases relating to community outreach efforts, new product launches, special events, etc.
