Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Digital Graphic Designer for a 6+ month contract-to-hire assignment located in the north Charlotte area. This role is hybrid with 60% of the week spent in the office. What you’ll do:The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling deliverables for emails, social media, the website, and other digital venues. You will partner closely with the Product Marketing and D2C Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns that will drive sales online. In addition, you’ll design content for various D2C sites (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc) that promotes consumer-driven feature benefits while utilizing best practices in e-commerce. Other responsibilities may include:<ul><li> Stay abreast of evolving user experiences across social media, paid media, emails, and site; across desktop, mobile and tablet views</li><li>Create and continuously update digital design systems and templates</li><li>Develop and customize emails using a site-based email platform</li><li>Ensure all content is designed in accordance with our global brand guidelines</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and other departments</li><li>Simultaneously manage multiple projects with various time-sensitive deadlines</li><li>Be a champion of driving scalability in our approach to content creation</li></ul> Who you are:You have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates your passion for design and typography. Qualifications Required<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design or related area</li><li>3+ years of professional experience in consumer-driven companies or agencies</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Must be proficient with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Microsoft office tools</li><li>Comfort with light copywriting is a plus</li><li>HTML banner development knowledge (or willing to learn how) is a plus</li><li>Retouching and video editing skills are a plus</li><li>Awareness of print design best practices in order to contribute to other creative team projects</li></ul> Pay Rate- $35- $40/hour
