- The Deputy General Counsel - Litigation is responsible for providing dedicated litigation to protect and defend the enterprise in all lawsuits brought by and against Liberty Mutual.
- The Litigation group oversees and provides advice and counsel and plays a key role in the formulation and implementation of overall legal strategy for the Company.
- Provides highly specialized legal support to the Company including litigation and coverage services, centralized subpoena support, legal central files, and bankruptcy services.
- Sets goals that are in accordance with Corporate and Legal Department goals.
- Represents and advises the Company in substantial legal and business transactions including providing advice and counsel on litigation and threat of litigation including coverage litigation, credit/collection, governmental investigations, and training.
