- We are seeking a Cook Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the timely preparation of high-quality food.

- Proven experience as a cook or chef- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including training and scheduling- Plan menus and collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes- Monitor food production to ensure consistency and quality- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain cleanliness and organization- Address any kitchen-related issues or complaints promptly
- The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
