- The Consultant Relations Manager (CRM) will be responsible for strategic partner growth and sales enablement support while building a vast portfolio of strategic insurance broker consultant relationships.
- The CRM will work closely with other CRMs as well as the Director of Consultant Relations and Partnerships to continually enhance and evolve the overall strategy of growth and sourcing leads to Sales that result in positive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to determine where growth opportunities lie in various regions and areas of broker partnerships
- Lead ongoing engagement strategy meetings and events with partners (regional or national events, attendance of broker conferences, national meetings, etc.)
- Experience in channel, consulting, strategy, partnership, or business development
