- Serve as a liaison between Concierge Manager and Concierge Attendant team, collaborating to ensure client and team needs are met.
- Orient and train all new staff members, coordinating with the Concierge Manager for ongoing training needs and updates.
- Implement and update all training materials, standard operating processes, and policies as determined by the Concierge Manager.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Concierge Attendant team, building a positive team culture and ensuring open and effective communication in support of goals and client needs.
