- The Communications Manager is an integral part of the HR function that will also support the Executive Office, in all internal communication activities relating to people initiatives and culture, including cultural events, our SBH Inspires charitable foundation, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, change management, Town Halls, updates on major initiatives, engagement surveys, etc.
- Working closely with the Executive team and HR function to ensure the organization receives engaging, accurate, and timely information to support the business and culture at SBH.
- An integral part of creating and implementing a strategic communication program that supports SBH’s people and culture initiatives.
- Works closely to support the SBH Inspires Foundation, sustainability, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging communications, including supporting Employee Resource Group leaders where necessary.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design.
