- The Commercial Sales Supervisor will take on multiple roles in the development and implementation of prospecting & the RFP process.
- This role will demonstrate an understanding the employee benefits consultant, broker, and underwriting environment.
- The Commercial Sales Supervisor will manage a team responsible for supporting the early stages of prospecting (e.g. internal meetings, demonstrations, research, providing data, etc.)
- Overall, the role will focus on the following areas: Self-funded market (MSO/TPA), fully-insured market, maintain a presence with existing City Agency and Daycare business (for Gold and GoldCare) and the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) Market.
