The Commercial Business Customer Service Representative supports our selling agents by performing a variety of essential functions and/or tasks including, but not limited to those identified below: *Gathers and organizes specified information and reports, marketing/quoting to assist selling agents *Resolves customer inquiries, complaints and service requests; *Responsible for processing quality file maintenance in a timely manner; *Utilizes computer systems and applications to perform assigned tasks; *Understands work unit business processes and procedures; and *Performs additional functions as needed.
