- The Client Service Specialist is responsible to consistently & effectively develop, enhance and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Hylant standards.
- Hylant operates in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days in office and the opportunity to work remotely the remaining 3 days.
- The Client Service Specialist is driven by prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
- Manage a small book of business in direct support of local office operations
- and other related service tasks within the Agency Management System/EPIC while utilizing appropriate naming conventions and activities
