- Leads and coordinates as a member of the Human Resource ministry team, which includes client support for the ministries and business functions in that HR region.
- Partners with regional (field) based Center of Expertise (COE) services - Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness and Colleague Labor Relations and Safety and Total Rewards.

- Must possess thorough knowledge and demonstrated expertise Human Resources, change management, process improvement as normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and a minimum of seven (7) or more years' progressively responsible experience in Human Resource Management.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology preferred.
