- The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the COO, will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the company, in the US and abroad.
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is charged with modernizing the organization’s operational financial infrastructure.
- The CFO is responsible for the management of, and will lead, the financial and accounting management, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, balancing of revenues and expenses, payroll, banking relations, daily cash management, administrative budget, and company-wide budget.
- The CFO must provide advice on and provide timely and accurate financial information and performance reporting and consulting to the Managing Director while providing leadership to guide the organization’s financial activities including annual and long-term planning/forecasting.
