The Investment Officer, Cash Management will report to the Head of Short-Term Strategic Portfolio and Trading and will be responsible for the investment of a portion of the $1-6 billion of short-term funds for the New York City retirement systems as well as the investments of a portion of the $12-20 billion invested on behalf of other NYC agencies.
Main duties include manually taking payments, processing them and recording them in financial records to keep the company’s books accurate.
It is responsible for the processes around payments, unknown payments and client credits and has the duty to maintain adequate records of the cash application.
The Cash Team has control over the cash management / treasury function for a division of INEOS USA LLC, WL Plastics, INEOS USA Realty and Gemini. The Cash Analyst is a key member of the O&P USA Cash/Treasury team and performs the core Cash Management / Treasury function on behalf of Olefins & Polymers USA and Gemini as well as working closely with the WL Plastics and INEOS USA Realty finance teams.
