- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) demonstrates executive level experience in strategic thinking and decision making and serves as a key member of the executive team.
- The CFO will manage strategic financial planning and analyses, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and record-keeping, as well as serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the CEO. The CFO will also partner with other Chief level staff to optimize margins on our service lines and refine and leverage our value proposition.
- Achieve goals for cash collections, accounts receivable, and reduce bad debt and denials.
- Routinely review revenue cycle metrics to proactively identify and address issues affecting overall revenue cycle management.
- Plan and oversee the successful completion of the annual UDS and OSHPD reports; ensure that accurate and timely financial reports are submitted to HRSA in connections with grants received.
