- Under the general supervision of the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is given the necessary authority and responsibility to operate all departments assigned including the rehabilitation, counseling, behavioral and patient advocate departments.
- The Chief Clinical Officer's primary responsibilities are organizing, directing and ensuring the operational success of the rehabilitation, counseling, behavioral, patient advocacy departments and other departments as assigned.
- The CCO is also responsible for the operational success of in-house programming as well as building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with outside organizations and agencies which can provide a full range of quality programs that meet the various needs of our patients.
- Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training by organizational standards
- Active participation in education and mentoring of other members of the team within the scope of practice
