- This unique role reports to our General Manager of Casa de Restaurant, and will collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and ownership to deliver exceptional culinary standards.
- The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the strategic oversight and preparation of all food and culinary operations for Casa de Restaurant and the Food and Beverage offerings at our property.
- As the Chef de Cuisine, you will assist in the development of menus, recipes, product control, and other food quality specifications across our unique property.
