- You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for a senior living community in Boynton Berach, FL- managing a team, client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development.
- Job Responsibilities Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian Maintains excellent relationships with our clients.
- Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager/CDM or Dietetic Technician, Registered DTR is required At least a year of food service management in healthcare or senior living preferred.
- ServSafe certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment Microsoft office applications, EMR, and tray card system use.
