- Job Summary: The Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) is a member of the Behavioral/Mental Health department and is instrumental in our patient’s treatment and recovery from Substance Use Disorders CADCs provide high quality, compassionate care through various mediums including individual and perhaps in the future, group counseling sessions.
- The CADC will work with individual patients to plan, facilitate and document their recovery process.
- Provide crisis intervention to patient, utilizing clinical judgement to support a safe and trauma informed treatment environment.
- The Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor will have access to PHI during the course of their work activities.
