- Job Overview The Home Coordinator is responsible for providing direction and guidance to direct care staff caring for clients with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a supported living or community-based environment.
- This includes responsibility for the activities of staff and the whereabouts of all clients under their supervision at all times; as delineated in the ISP and ensuring that required documentation notes, community-based notes, administration records, client financial records, and vehicle logs, etc.)
- Monitors the client care activities of direct support staff.
- Assures that staffing patterns developed are in adherence with the team recommendation and PAWS Allocation.
