- Role: Capability Lead, Workforce Transformation – LearningTarget Level: Senior Principal or Director What You’ll DoContribute to the overall growth of Slalom’s ‘enable thriving workforces’ portfolio through capability-based research development with contributions from other global teams.
- Contribute to the generation of standardized global approaches and product accelerators (e.g., workforce planning, organizational network analysis, natural language processing applied to employee sensing techniques, psychometric tools development).
- Contribute to client delivery by managing project delivery quality assurance, engagement risk, and project economics.
- Enable a global human capital consulting team to deliver value based on expertise in areas such as: talent and learning (reskilling), adult learning theory, learning strategy, learning and development.
- Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $2.5M+ Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.
