Job Summary <ul><li>Up to a $1,000 Sign-On-Bonus Available!* </li></ul>Baptist Health is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Baptist Cardiology office located at the Cardiac Access Center. This position will report to work Monday through Friday. The hours for this position are typically between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending on the needs of the office, hours may vary on occasion. The Office Specialist for Baptist Cardiac Access Center will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. Additional Responsibilities For The Office Specialist May Include <ul><li>Serving as a liaison between our customers and our practice</li><li>Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner</li><li>Preparing patient charts prior to appointments</li><li>Submitting and obtaining external medical records</li><li>Coordinating with third party vendors to complete medical record requests</li><li>Following call scripts for handling different scenarios</li><li>Identifying customer needs and provide solutions</li><li>Data Entry Tasks</li><li>Providing Excellent Customer Service</li><li>Manage Medical Records onbase queue and index documents EPIC</li><li>Manage Medical Record Requests onbase queue and send requests to HIM and/or ShareCare </li></ul>This Office Specialist will be located at the Baptist Cardiac Access Center.
