- Business Development Associates first research and analyze the current economic landscape of their assigned territory, then interface directly with top tier CEO prospects by making contact and setting a meeting (through a direct phone conversation) to introduce them to a Managing Partner and Brooks International.
- The Business Development Associate will perform in-depth pre-meeting research on behalf of the Managing Partner and preemptively assemble a perspective on the prospect’s impactable business situation.
- Together, the Business Development Associate and Managing Partner create a highly intelligent, focused, fact-based strategy (utilizing Brooks International’s established methodology) to convert each prospect to a client.
- Successful performance at the Business Development Associate level will lead to several accelerated opportunities and avenues along the career path in both Business Development and Management Consulting, with both paths leading to Managing Partner.
