- Job Description :Business Change Advisor Sr - Sales Incentive PlansLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office).
- Reporting to the President Sales Enablement, the Business Change Advisor Sr. makes recommendations to create consistency and provide input on the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs, project manages implementation and partners with appropriate parties on communication to the sales team.
- Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Experience working in managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs is highly preferred.
- Experience in project management, and process improvement with high level of execution focus strongly preferred.
