- 360 Talent Avenue is partnering with multiple clients in New Jersey to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
- As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will provide support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
- The BCBA will also oversee and provide support and supervision to behavior technicians or therapists regarding the implementation and documentation associated with individual behavior treatment plans.
- Supervise and train paraprofessional staff in implementation of ABA principles and methodology, and behavior reduction strategies.
- Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between care staff and families, and provide ongoing feedback to government related agencies that contract with such families.
