- 48,000 annually Description The Bridge is seeking a Bilingual Therapist at The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc. (TBOTW) who is responsible for providing therapeutic intervention for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking.
- The Bilingual Therapist will develop an interdisciplinary therapeutic plan to assist in crisis resolution by conducting initial assessment with clients impacted by domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
- They will evaluate family goals toward self-sufficiency by conducting on-going assessments and family/individual counseling and provide appropriate therapeutic approaches towards recovery to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
- Answer 24-hour crisis hotline to provide crisis intervention to callers, as well as information and referrals to callers in need of services outside scope of agency's programs as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services by being on call 24 hours on a rotating basis to provide on-site advocacy at local hospitals and cooperating with local law enforcement as needed.
