- Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, short and long term disability, life insurance and AD&D, 401(k) plan, wellness benefits, D&O, EPLI and BPL, BOLI plan and WC including but not limited to eligibility tracking, form distribution, enrollment, change, termination, claim processing.
- Assist with annual renewal for benefit plans including plan design, vendor due diligence, quote negotiation and management approval.
- Assist with third party vendor management including annual review, financial statement review, risk assessment, due diligence, SOC report review.
- Coordinate with employee on benefits changes and inform Payroll processor of the related deduction changes.
- Administer the COBRA including but not limited to terminate coverage, issue COBRA package, COBRA enrollment and payment processing
