- Support administration of employee benefits programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-and-Long Term Disability, FSA, HSA, Life Insurance, and Tuition Assistance.
- Assist employees with questions about benefit enrollment and changes, disability claims, death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs, and loans.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA and other state and federal regulations.
