Duties and Responsibilities:Contact new and existing customers to discuss request and current promotions.Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our storeFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals.Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introductionWilling to participate in skills and product trainingMulti-tasker and excellent customer service skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding goalsProficient with computers, emails, smart phones and the webEngaging in all training directed by the BDC ManagerFollowing the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound callsEnsuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionalAcquire a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealershipDeveloping proficiency with all features of the CRM Software and associated productsEnsuring that all information entered into systems is consistent and accurateMaintaining knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, and all advertising.Maintain a thorough understanding and adherence to dealership and BDC department policies and proceduresEndeavor to meet and exceed hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly individual goalsEnsure that all outbound calls (No Shows, Confirmations, Show appointment follow up and Task list calls) are made in a timely and effective mannerConsistently meet the daily guidelines set for number of set appointments, appointment show and outbound callsMaintain the essential communication link between the client and the dealershipEnsure that all communications to and from the client are passed on effectively and quicklyJob RequirementSkills Required and Physical Demands:Excellent computer skills, including experience with in-house system, email and internet products.Ability to communicate verbally and especially with written communicationPrevious sales, automotive or customer service experience.
