- Position Summary: Maintain operational success of the 360 Bar/Lounge.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of service to include Bottle and Table Service.
- Develop and execute Cocktail Bottle and Food Service menus in cooperation with leadership.
- Utilize with proficiency all systems, including Ordering and Payroll, Point of Sale, reviewing item movement and participating in monthly Menu Engineering meetings to keep menus fresh and supplied with items in demand.
- Also provide training support to the Beverage Manager as needed to create complete daily oversite of operations to maintain consistency.
