- Working closely with the VP – Human Resources, the Associate – Human Resources will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of HR processes across the US and the integrity of US data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Assist the VP – HR in maintaining US employee data across company HRIS systems (both People HR and Trinet platform) to ensure that data is always up-to-date and accurate.
- Support managers to ensure that they maintain a disciplined approach to recording HR data within the HRIS (accurately recording sickness absences, approving holiday requests, approving training records, etc.)
- Support the VP – HR in maintaining up-to-date job descriptions for all US and Europe roles.
- Assist the VP-HR in maintaining US employee handbooks, making necessary updates as required.
