- upenn.edu. The Associate Director—Academic Advisor and Co-Curricular Programming (ACCP) position reports to the Deputy Vice-Dean of Academic Affairs.
- This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the Wharton MBA student experience by leading the office's Co-Curricular and global initiatives, and the development and execution of the Wharton MBA Program Co-Curricular Programming—which includes Global Immersion Programs and International Exchanges.
- This includes coordinating logistics, collaborating with partner institutions, and fostering cross-cultural learning; managing international student exchanges; developing a strategic vision for co-curricular activities and academic support; and implementing the Co-Curricular programming strategy, including marketing and recruitment.
- In addition, the ACCP is an active member of the MBA advising team, which leads the delivery of the Wharton MBA program, and serves as an academic advisor to MBA students.
