- Job Description: The incumbent will serve on the Class, Reunion, and Initiatives Senior Management team, taking a lead role in strategic decisions impacting the Reunion team in the following areas: direct response marketing, volunteer resources, volunteer training, pipeline management, the Reunion Honor Roll, and the Brown Annual Fund's recommendations for the Aides and Marshal process.
- The incumbent will set specific donor and dollar goals for an assigned cohort of undergraduate alumni classes celebrating quinquennial Reunions raising millions of dollars from thousands of undergraduate alumni donors annually.
- The incumbent develops, manages, recruits and develops volunteers, identifies high potential donors, helps solicits major gifts, solicits gifts for recognition society of Carrie Tower ($1,500 or more), and engages alumni in fundraising for the Brown Annual Fund. The incumbent will supervise at least two (2) full-time staff including an Associate and Reunion Giving Officer.
- The incumbent supervises an administrative Associate and Annual Giving Officer(s), providing guidance, feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience or relevant fields of study such as annual giving, fundraising, sales, marketing, higher education, or volunteer management.
