- In either location, the Associate Director will work closely with the AVP and Dean of Admission on international strategic planning, with day to day reporting to the Director of Admission for Operations.
- In partnership with the Associate Vice President and Dean of Admission, and the senior admission leadership team, The Associate Director is charged with providing leadership and contributing to strategic direction for international recruitment as part of a progressive and highly collaborative team.
- Cultivating ongoing partnerships with international school networks such as United World Colleges is an important part of the overall international recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Financial Aid Office to oversee and deploy the international student aid budget to align with the University commitment to meet full demonstrated need for all admitted students, including international citizens, and the Office of Admission mission and goals.
- Manage the issuance of immigration (Visa) documents (I-20s) for enrolling undergraduate international students and serve as a Designated School Official, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
