- In addition to providing short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health outreach services to enhance the psychological and emotional well-being of students and the College community, the Associate Director of Counseling is responsible for management and oversight of the training program consisting of graduate student interns and pre-licensure post-grad/pre-doc staff.
