- The Associated Director of Catering supports the Director of Catering with daily departmental operations, including hiring, forecasting, menu creation, and implementation.
- The Associate Director of Catering is also responsible to service group events as assigned by the Director of Catering.
- Manages the Catering Managers to collect the following: Monthly Expenses from Group Sales Contracts for DOC to forecast, ensure the BEOs being prepared/written are following SOP guidelines, delegates Diagram Requests and Assist CSMs with Custom Menu Requests and Discount Menu Approvals.
- Ensure conference and catering client satisfaction.
- Assist meeting planners to determine appropriate food & beverage and A/V requirements.
