- A valid, in-state license and ability to pass The Salvation Army's in-house driving test and MVR check
- Will be required to cross train in other Thrift Store departments and provide supervisory coverage in those areas as needed to include but not limited to operating a cash register, stock clothing racks, tag sales floor items, etc.
- They will exemplify the highest standards of integrity in leadership and loyalty to the job, supervisor, and to the Corps of The Salvation Army.
- The Assistant Manager shall ensure that all staff and volunteers will be thoroughly orientated in safety and accident policy and procedures as outlined in The Salvation Army Employee Handbook.
- Health Insurance: Low bi-weekly premiums for employee-only coverage, Kaiser HMO for those residing in a Kaiser service area, Anthem EPO/PPO is available for those residing outside a Kaiser service area.
