- Partners with the Head of School in providing leadership in the spiritual mission of the school and facilitating an effective Classical Christian learning climate and modeling leadership standards in line with school policies, inclusive of the school Handbook, bylaws, and procedures while ensuring that internal processes meet or exceed those of external regulatory agencies.
- Support the Head of School in processes related to people and culture such as hiring, retention, professional development of and assignment of faculty.
- Liaise with federal, state, local agencies, and Classical Christian education associations to stay abreast of current developments, recommend improvements for education programs, and in support of grant funds, professional development, and student testing.
- Collect and analyze survey data, regulatory information, and data on demographic and education trends to forecast enrollment patterns and curriculum change needs; provide recommendations to Head of School for school improvement plans, using student performance data.
- Serve as a school brand ambassador, championing a Classical Christian educational environment, leveraging a variety of mediums inclusive of a web content strategy and online presence to maintain brand integrity and support school enrollment goals.
