- The success coach works collaboratively with academic and student affairs colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where SSS eligible students thrive.
- May be responsible for cultural or intercultural student affairs or centers.
- May provide resources and consultation about alleged student conduct violations inside or outside of the classroom with a focus on student development and restorative justice, reviewing, revising, and creating policies and procedures that provide a fair student conduct process, as well as determining outcomes and providing information about due process for Title IX cases.
- Work within the student affairs and campus life response team protocols to provide crisis management support: assess severity of situation; consult with SSS staff and relevant offices (e.g., Health Services, Residential Life, Student Affairs, Counseling, Campus Police, etc.)
