- Directly supervise 12-15 Cafeteria Supervisors, indirectly supervise up to 100+ Food Service Cooks and Food Service Assistants by providing leadership on policies and procedures pertaining to the Food and Child Nutrition program as it relates to staffing, labor relations, compliance, training, employee evaluation and public relations at the school level.
- Enforce compliance of best practices, laws, regulations, policies and emerging technologies related to school food service operations and communicate to appropriate department personnel
- A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the chief officer – Human Capital Management.
- Two years experience in Food Service operations, prefer experience in supervision of multi-unit operations
- Experience in school food service management, quality assurance, menu planning, catering, marketing and promotions
