- As an Electrical Apprentice, you will ensure all work performed adheres to required safety codes and regulations to promote a safe work environment.
- As well as participate in on-the-job training and learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the electrical field.
- Example tasks: installing raceways, pulling wire, mounting equipment, assembling, and installing parts/pieces, trimming outlets & fixtures.
- Raise, lower, or position equipment, tools, and materials, using a hoist, hand line, or block and tackle Trace out short circuits in wiring, using a test meter Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Associated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Eagerness to learn the electrical trade and/or prior experience as an electrical apprentice.
