- The Manager of Engineering & Maintenance is responsible for the oversight, management, and execution of all building utility systems, building infrastructure, interiors, and non-medical equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation and management of the Utility Systems Management Plan, Fire Safety Management Plan, Statement of Conditions, and the computerized maintenance management system in compliance with the applicable Joint Commission Environment of Care and Life Safety standards.
- This role is responsible for the administration of the computerized maintenance management system to ensure requests are acted upon and corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensures compliance with completion of all preventative maintenance and developing preventive maintenance programs for new equipment based upon the manufacturer’s recommendations or an Alternative Equipment Maintenance (AEM) program.
- Associate degree in engineering, applied science, facilities management, or another related field
