- We are looking for application support lead who is experienced handling customer, lead the offshore team, and proactively look in to support tickets.
- Role: Application support lead (L2/L3) Must have JAVA/React JS
- Hands on in supporting/leading an application landscape having a ReactJs frontend, Azure API integration and Order Management tools for order processing, that would be the ideal fit.
- Provide governance for the L2/L3 team with periodic customer cadence on WSR/MSR etc
- Skills – ReactJs, working knowledge on APIM (Azure API Management experience), knowledge and understanding on Order Management E-Commerce tools which is usually used by Retailers (ex: CommerceTools or Fluent Commerce or any such tool)
