- Your role: In your role as Application Support Analyst you will, under the general direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager, have diverse responsibilities for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the company enterprise applications to include but not limited to Microsoft Windows and third-party applications.
- The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our applications such as ServiceNow, Microsoft System Center Configuration manager (SCCM) for windows operating system software development and patching.
- In addition, the Application Support Analyst will work closely with both the System Administrator and our Helpdesk service team to complete tasks such as Microsoft Windows software deployments, patching, application installations, and onboarding.
- Maintain both Microsoft and third-party software updates and versioning inventory using SCCM and SolarWinds patch manager.
- Conduct office automation feasibility studies, including workflow analysis, space design, and cost comparison analysis.
