- Coordinates scheduling of vacant units, including in-house and contracted activities.
- Maintenance of swimming pool, amenity areas, spas, and fountains.
- Maintenance, daily cleaning, and repair of common areas (to include sweeping, washing, and general cleaning).
- Monitor security - all vacant units, outside doors of clubhouse and other maintenance and/or common facilities and amenities.
- Communicate regularly with Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager regarding issues and recommendations for property improvements.
